Shipping Policy

Customers with Different billing and shipping addresses not matching. Will be asked to provide a copy of their Identification card; ID has to be completely visible nothing covering the card. Identification card must match the billing address, or we will not ship the order. If you choose not to provide one, you can have your order sent to the billing address. If that is not an option, your order will be cancelled.

Payments cards must match billing address on file with the payment card provider. Will no longer accept any orders that have a different address listed as the billing address.

If we have to cancel the order due to one of the reasons above. We will not accept any future orders from you. Also, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee for the canceled order. It’s your responsibility to read the terms before accepting them at checkout. By clicking on the box “I agree with the terms and conditions.” And by placing an order with us, you are Agreeing to our terms and conditions.

California: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to CA

Colorado: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to CO.

Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to CT.

Hawaii: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to HI. 

Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to MD.

Massachusetts: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to MA.

New Jersey: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to NJ.

New York: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to NY.

Illinois: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to Chicago.

Vermont: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to VT.

The above list state restrictions currently known to Robles Tactical LLC on the sale of magazines. Robles Tactical LLC does not offer legal advice or make any guarantee to the accuracy of this list. It’s the responsibility of the buyer to research and obey all local, state as well as federal laws in regard to the possession of any magazine purchased from Robles Tactical LLC. Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on

weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please

allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your

order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

All orders will be shipped USPS. Once the tracking shows a package is delivered, we are not held liable for any claims of lost or stolen packages. If an order is lost or stolen, the customer will have to contact USPS to file a claim. Customers will receive several emails when the order is process, shipped and day of delivery. It’s the customers responsibility to check your emails and spam for our emails that are sent to you. Also, to provide a correct email at checkout. Customers will be responsible for additional shipping charges. If a package is sent back due to an incorrect address. Orders that are over 400.00 Dollars or more. Will have a signature require added. Customers have an option to add a signature require to their order. Signature require can be added to an order. By going to the search icon and typing in USPS Signature Require and adding it to their chart. If there is no one available to sign for the package, it’s up to the customer. To setup a redelivery or pickup at your local post office. Robles Tactical LLC will not get involved with setting up a redelivery, it completely the responsibility of the customer. If the order is sent back due to nobody available for signing, the Customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges. If the customer request to cancel the order for it being sent back a 25% restocking fee will be applied. By accepting our terms and conditions at checkout, Robles Tactical LLC is released of any liability for your order, once it shows Delivered.
