Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
This goes for Damage/Defective merchandise. Customers are responsible to check their orders within the 14 days’ time frame. If any magazine/ item from our site becomes defective for any reason. After the 14 days has passed, Robles Tactical will not replace any item for any reason. By accepting our terms and conditions at checkout, we are release of any liability for Damage/Defective Merchandise once the 14 days has passed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the magazine is missing their rivet or magazine block. We will not except the magazine back nor issue a refund. This is a State Law. Once we ship out a return label you have 14 days to get too us. If 14 days goes over we will not accept the return.
If we provided a return label to send items back or the customer is sending back a package. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The customer is required to get a receipt from the usps office, for dropping off a pre paid package that was provided by us. If the package doesn't get scan in or has no record of it being in the usps system. We are not held Liable for the package. Unless you can show proof of a drop off receipt. By accepting our terms and condition's at checkout, and using a return label from Robles Tactical LLC. You are releasing us of any Liability, if the above instructions are not followed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges Within the 14 day window
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. An exchange can only be done if its within the 14 day window. After 14 days have passed, we will not replace or exchange any item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
